Our blue Coturnix quail eggs are the result of selectively breeding quail with a recessive ‘celadon’ gene a which causes eggs to be a beautiful blue color, often still retaining speckles. Our quail are bred and raised at Hickok Farms with the highest level of integrity. They are raised with room to roam and receive high quality feed to produce delicious eggs.
